Write a narrative (1 to 2 paragraphs) introducing the stakeholder table. Develop a table in which you identify potential stakeholders. Columns in the table should include: Name of organization or individual Contact information Proposed role of the stakeholder Justification for inclusion Section 2: Create a 1- to 2-page letter designed to recruit stakeholders. In the letter address (at a minimum): Introduction to you and/or your organization Purpose of the program and community vision Target population Role of the stakeholder (e.g., time commitment, resource investment, etc.) Section 3: In 1 to 2 pages, develop a stakeholder power-interest grid (in table format) and write a narrative evaluating management strategies to address the needs of stakeholders who are high-power/low-interest, high-power/high-interest, low-power/low-interest, and low-power/high-interest.
