Write a one page report on an article you read or saw related to "NEW TECHNOLGY, METHODS, CODES or REGULATIONS related to the Construction Process $($Design$,$ Engineer, Constructing it$,$ etc. $).$ The article MUST be IN THE LAST $12$ MONTHS. $11/13.$ NOTE: The article can be ON LINE, HARD COPY MAGAZINE., TV SHOW.

The report will be a maximum ONE page, paper format: $1"$ margins on all sides, $12$ pitch, TIME ROMAN font, $1\frac{1}{2}"$ line spacing. The report must include the article source and submitted has a "WORD" document.
