When Bob needs something from his supervisor Kate, he will send an email request for information or clarification. Being an impatient person, Bob will wait 5 minutes, and then go stand very close to Kate and her desk and wait, not saying a word until acknowledged. He will then ask if the email was received and for a solution to his question. Bob will ,at times, stand there for 10-20 minutes if Kate is on the phone. It also startles Kate when she turns right, away from her desk that faces the wall and finds him standing there.
