Write a performance report.

You are required to review the data above and develop a report for the CEO.

For each area provide an evaluation according to the Performance Reporting Matrix.

For each area also provide recommendations for improvement given the organisations benchmarks as set out in the scenario information.

You should include at least two recommendations per area and your recommendations should be based on the benchmark identified by the CEO and be relevant to Grow Management Consultants Operations.
