Albert will begin to engage in vocational related activities such identifying with Vocational specialist his work interests and applying and maintaining a job or volunteer opportunity by identifying at least 2 barriers and 2 strategies weekly to VS. Albert was at his new home. ALbert is enjoying his home. Albert gave VS a tour of his home. ALbert stated he went to CHurch on Sunday and had a good time in the Lord. Albert sated he was sleep and tired. Albert did not report any homicidal or suicidal ideations. Albert did not report any auditory or visual hallucinations. ALbert reported he is eating and sleeping well. Albert has gained weight and stated he has been trying different diets to lose weight. Albert stated his mother is not speaking to him. Albert said he apologized to his mother Sunday at Church for whatever he did that she thinks was wrong. Albert talked about his past and his childhood. ALbert stated he tries to consider some of the things he went through as life lessons. Albert stated his mother is mad with herself for her life and blames him, but now he does not have to listen to it because he can go home. Albert stated he has been doing some odd jobs to make extra money and he continues to help his mother with the dinner plates
