Write a podcast script. In the podcast, you should (i) introduce the topic, define key terms, and provide relevant background information and pertinent examples/illustrations/applications of the topic where possible (assuming the reader is unfamiliar with the law/policy issue you have chosen), (ii) present arguments of one stakeholder in the debate, (iii) present arguments for one (or more) opposing view(s), and (iv) conclude with a discussion of your view. Your conclusion should propose such a policy, change in law, or some other recommendation, with supporting arguments and examples to bolster your position and a discussion of the intended effects/consequences of your proposal and any limitations you see. Make sure the script is 10 minutes long.

The topic will be contract law.
