Take the two perspectives and design an ecosystem for your area $($future$).$ This will be a physical ecosystem, not a digital ecosystem.

Start with the Value Network and look at the attributes and issues within it$.$ Look at the Systems perspective and the drivers you identified.

What is your definition of an ecosystem within your environment?

Implementation Plan

Take your ecosystems design and apply the Systems Thinking perspective to it$.$ Do a Force$$ Field analysis. What are the drivers and$$ restrainers? Compile an Interrelationship Digraph.$$ Show the diagrams in your paper.

What are the key uncertainties associated with your design? What are the possible outcomes and$$ probability of each$$ outcome. Decide which two outcomes are the most critical. Show the matrix for these two and create the four scenarios. Share the story$$ of each scenario. This$$ should be no more than a short paragraph per scenario.

Shared Value

Demonstrate your understanding of Shared Value by:

$$ describing your understanding of Shared Value, and outline what criteria need to be satisfied to describe a business design or implementation as a Shared Value model.$$
