Write a Problem/Solution email choosing one of the following problems:
Problem #1: You need answers fast. One of your team members has gone away on vacation. You had contact with them prior to their vacation. Then, they went MIA. You need to get this team members info to provide your boss with a project report. This will be the third time you reach out to this person for this information.
Problem #2: This week youre collecting info from your team for a weekly meeting. Your teammate gave you the information on time, but the information is incorrect. Everyone on the team is responsible for their own gathering of info and updates, in addition to their daily duties.
Problem #3: You and your team are currently working remotely. You come across an issue at your job. Previously, you have walked over to your coworker's desk/workspace and casually sorted out the problem. Since you work remotely, you no longer have this option. Explain in detail of the specifics of this problem. Then take time to walk your coworker through what you need then to do to fix the problem (step-by-step).
