the integer with the greatest value j

the number of integers less than i

the total number of integers

Output the four pieces of information to the console (stdout)

For example, if "integers.dat" contains the integers "2 -3 5 -7 11 -13 17 -19" I would expect "2 17 4 8" to be the result.
