Write a program in MIPS that uses the on-board switches (S1 and S2) to control LED1 and LED2 as described below: Initially, both LEDs blink simultaneously, changing approximately every 1 second. Pressing S1 should decrease the period by 0.5 sec, whereas pressing S2 will increase the period by 0.5 sec. The possible blinking period is between 0 (technically OFF) and 2 seconds. Given the above two conditions, there are five blinking periods: 0 (OFF), 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, and 2.0. The blinking period must be between 0 and 2 sec. Your demo should show the sequence of the following switch presses: S2 -> S2 -> S2 -> S1 -> S1 -> S1 -> S1 -> S1
