Write a program that determines whether or not a string is a palindrome. A palindrome is a word or phrase that is the same both forward and backwards.

If the word is a palindrome, print $\{$string$\}$ is a palidrome. Otherwise, print $\{$string$\}$ is not a palindrome. You must use a loop to do this problem You may assume that the word or phrase will not contain spaces and your program must be case insensitive. If you want the extra challenge, try making the program work with spaces!
