Write a program that determines which of five geographic regions within a major city

(north, south, east, west, and central) had the fewest reported automobile accidents last

year. It should have the following two functions, which are called by main .

int getNumAccidents() is passed the name of a region. It asks the user for the

number of automobile accidents reported in that region during the last year, validates

the input, then returns it. It should be called once for each city region.

void findLowest() is passed the five accident totals. It determines which is the

smallest and prints the name of the region, along with its accident figure.

Input Validation: Do not accept an accident number that is less than 0.

Instructions

1.Implment a class with 2 attributes, name of the region(with dynamic memory) and number of accidents. Class must have a constructor and a destructor class , as well as a copy constructor.

2.getNumAccidents must have 2 parameters one being an array compose of instances of the class and its dimension. Function asks for the name of the region and the amount of accidents occurred..

3.Define an array which will save the information of the five regions.

4.findlowest will have 3 parameters which are the array compose of instances of the class, its dimensions and the position of the information of the instance that contains the lowest number of accidents.

5.display: has 3 parameters the array of the class, the dimension and the index of the instance in the array desired to be printed
