Write a program that fulfills the following requirements.

$1.2.3.$ The program provides a data acquisition menu for the user that allows the user

to query the data by food type or expense.

A function called Restaurants that takes no arguments displays the menu and

asks the user for their choices.

The program has two additional functions that are called by Restaurants.

a$.$ b$.$ Dollar takes one argument $($the number of dollar signs$)$ and prints the

appropriate restaurant names.

Food takes one argument $($the food type$)$ and prints the appropriate

restaurant names.
