Write a program that implements a function called get Zodiac() that will use the input of birth day and month to tell a users Zodiac sign.

Your program should contain two functions:

main(): will receive user input, pass it into the getZodiac function and print the result

getZodiac(): takes two arguments for day and month and returns the name of the zodiac sign as a string
