Write a program that read data from a file (StudentsData.txt that provided below. Please make that file and than work on it) that stores students names and their test scores and outputs the following information. All data read from files can be stored in Array-Based List objects. In StudentData.txt file the 1st column is students name and 2nd column is test scores.

1. Calculate and print the average score of all students scores;

2. Print the name of all students whose test scores are below the class average with an appropriate message;

3. Print the highest test score and the names of all the students having the highest score;
