Write a program that solves for $x$ in a quadratic equation of the form

$a{x}^2+bx+c=0$

This is done by plugging in the values of $a,b,$ and into the Quadratic Formulas, where $a,b,$ and $c$ are integers:

$x_1=\frac{-b+\sqrt[\phantom{2}]{b^2-4ac}}{2a}$ and $x_2=\frac{-b-\sqrt[\phantom{2}]{b^2-4ac}}{2a}$

Notice that there are two formulas. This will calculate two different values.
