Write a program to calculate the each student's average test score the class average score. The program first prompts the user to enter number of students (N) and the number of test scores (M); and then allows the user to enter N names and M test scores. The averages must be formatted to 2 decimal places. Drop the following 3 (Don't Zip Them) in Blackboard before 10:30 am on the due day.
