Write a program to read a CSV file filled with student names and scores

Each student can have a different number of scores

An example of the csv file $($there is one in the test zip file$)$

John,$85,90,95$

Jane,$80,90,82,90$

Jack,$70,75,76$

All scores are integers

Round the average to one decimal place

Sample Run #$1($bold$,$ underlined text is what the user types$)$:

Input file? students.csv

Output file? grades.txt

Jack: $73\mathrm{.}7$

Note: this is an assigment using input and output files. Introductory level class so please no classes or too advanced functions.
