How will you apply what you have learned in effective writing to your future profession?

How long do you anticipate it will take to reach your goals? Be specific for each one of your goals.

PERFORMANCE REVIEW

In which academic areas do you excel? In what areas of effective writing are you doing well? Provide at least 1 example of a specific success in this course.

Which areas need further development? In what areas of effective writing are you struggling or not seeing hoped for results? - Provide at least 1 example of a specific struggle or less than desirable results in this course.

What could you have done differently in this situation to have achieved a different result? What are your grades? What is your current grade point average in this course? In the program? What is your desired grade in this course? In the program? (be sure these are achievable based on your current grades)

IMPROVEMENT PLAN

How do you plan to improve in the areas you have identified as a struggle or are producing less than desirable results?

How will you achieve your desired grade in this course? What grades do you need to achieve in the remaining assignments to meet your desired grade overall?
