4. What training should happen when a person joins the company for the first time.

7. How long should the training take place?
8. How is the effectiveness of the training going to be evaluated after the training is completed?
9. How are you going to compose the training? (PowerPoint, hand-outs, E-Learning links).
10. Is the business Total Quality Management going to be improved?
11. Is there any risks involved with implementing this project?
