Write a Python function named bigger_than that takes two parameters. The first parameter should be a list of numbers named numbers. The second parameter should be a keyword parameter named comp, and have a default value of 0.

The function should return the number of items in the list numbers that are larger than comp. For example, if you call bigger_than( [1, 2, 3, 4, 5] ) it should return 5. If you call bigger_than( [1,2,3,4,5], comp=4) it should return 1.
