Write a PYTHON program that analyzes rainfall.

First, within the writeFile function, the user will input the rainfall amount for $12$ month to a text file $-$rain.txt$.$

Next read the file data and store it as a list. Within a printList function display the rainfall amounts. Within the main function write code to calculate and display the total rainfall for the year, the average rainfall, and the month name with the highest and lowest rainfall amounts.
