Write a python program that finds the surface area and volume of a rectangular prism.

The program should ask for 3 sides of the prism a, b, and c. These values can be fractional numbers. It should then evaluate the surface area and volume using the following formula:

Surface area: 2 (ab + ac + bc) Volume: abc
