Write a Python program to calculate the performance of the drying system:

Performance = Electric Energy / Water Evaporated

Calculate the average, the variance and the standard deviation of the daily performance values.

Follow the specifications:

Use functions for each of the tasks. main() function should reflect calls to functions.

Use a GUI using the graphics.py library to interact with the user.

Use tkinter and tkinter.filedialog to open an input csv file with measurements.

Calculate the performance based on the performance equation.

Place a picture in the GUI at a proper location.

Write the input data, performance values, statistical measures to the GUI and to an output file.
