The target population was sampled using simple random sampling because it

ensures that every students can be selected for this study. Number of students

were selected as the subject of the study, the obtained representative sample was

generalized to the entire school. The method was done under quantitative data. In

qualitative data purposive sampling was used in selecting participants, teachers and

school staff was sampled because of their specific characteristics$/$ experiences that

are relevant to the study for gaining in$-$ depth insights from them. By integrating

insights from both methods, it ensured that the facility meets the needs of the

student body, while addressing specific requirements, thereby enhancing the

overall success of the project. In addition by combining both methods it helped to

maximize the likelihood of project while minimizing the potential risks and
