The three examples of feedback that I have received in the last three times were from someone in the Church service I conducted, a member of the pastoral council meeting that I am the chairman and a parishioner.

The feedback from a member of the pastoral council meeting whom I am the chairman, mentioned that I needed to work on my communication skills; he said that my homilies are too long and that they have had loads of homilies all the days of their life and hence, they needed brief ones at this time.

The feedback from a parishioner mentioned that I needed to be more assertive and use my power in the Church in carrying out my tasks.

The feedback from someone in the Church service I conducted mentioned that I needed to work on how I deliver my homilies and that I should give more encouragement than judgment.
