Write a report that assists organizations in identifying, developing and implementing a technology discussed as part of the course that will assist in effective and efficient supply chain management. The audience and focus of this report are managers of supply chain functions exploring a strategic approach in adopting your selected technology. The report is expected to be in the form of a business report. Be sure to include an executive summary to your report.

You will be required to select a technology, methodology or tool that has been discussed in Weeks 1-5 of this course and complete the following:

1. Define the technology, methodology or tool using academic literature.

2. Summarise the evolution of that technology from when it was developed until this point in time.

3. Summarise the benefits and challenges associated with that technology as per facts from the academic literature.

4. Explore the risks associated with that technology.

5. Outline a brief and general implementation approach for that technology.

6. Present a summary of a case study of that technology being used in an organisation, either domestically or internationally.

7. Identify some
