Write a request to the chief director to request permission to be expemted from the currect revised supply chain compliance process on all the requests that have already been processed before the new regulation was implemented and to implement the new process in the new financial year. Reason is that they Request for quotation proces is taking to long due to the various activities that is taking place before finalizing the procurement. this will lead to delayed service delivery and unspend funds if we have to restart the process to implement the new regulation. We humbly request that permission be granted that new requests effectvice $21$ Feb $2024$ after a follow up training and emphasis to comply with the new regulation will be aligned with the new PPR $2022.$
