write a response to these four discussion posts: $1.$ Hi$!$ My name is Genesis Reyes, and I am currently a senior at the University of Houston, more specifically Hilton College. Nice to meet everyone here, I've attached the video to my introduction below. Just to provide some more information about me$,$ I love going on long hikes as well as going to different bakeries in my free time. It's very fun to try new things and look at the scenery. I love to take pictures of the sunset as well. That's a little bit about me$.2.$ Hi$,$ my name is Isabella! I am $22$ years old, in the lodging track, and a senior this year, on track to graduate in Spring $2026.$ I have worked in the service industry since $2018$ and have enjoyed my experience in the hospitality field. Why not continue learning and growing in an area I love? Nice to meet you all, and I hope we all have a great month. My video is linked in the sources; copy and paste it if needed. $3.$ My scores from the survey were Agreeableness: $37,$ Conscientiousness: $29,$ Emotional Stability: $37,$ Extraversion: $35,$ and Openness to Experience: $31.$ When I was inputting my numbers, I did my best to follow the prompt and answer with initial gut feelings. I do seem myself in the result achieved from that, but I don't think that's the whole story. At work, I almost never react to situations with an initial gut feeling. Over the years, I have adapted myself to be my best self and work well with those around me despite my internal reactions and feelings, almost as if I am a different person while working. $4.$ I have worked in many restaurants and I know there$$s a specific stereotype about what kind of person it takes to make it in the service industry and level up in that environment. It$$s not exclusive to restaurants either, but most of the time people say you have to have a certain level of emotional instability to be able to put up with some of the experiences you go through. I know my own score was $39$ for agreeableness, $31$ conscientiousness, $27$ emotional stability, $36$ extroversion, and $43$ open to experiences. I expected higher scores for majority of the categories, but I also think many servers would have a similar scale. I think in a way a good leader has to put themselves in the staff$$s shoes or have been in their position before and most of the time they$$re probably on the same levels as the rest of the crew. Especially in their extroversion, agreeableness, and stability.
