Write a script to play Rock, Paper, Scissors game in MATLAB. The rules are following:

The winner is determined by the following rules:

Rock beats scissors

Scissors beats paper

Paper beats rock

If both players make the same move, there is no winner, and the game is a draw.

The game will be played $3$ times in total and the winner will be decided based on the result on these three games. Each time, the user must choose $0,1,$ or $2$ to select rock, paper or scissors. For that round, the computer will generate a random integer between $0$ to $2$ using randi$)$ and the winner will be decided based on the rules. After each round, there will be a message showing who won the round.

After $3$ rounds, there will be a message: You have won # times and the computer has won # times.
