START Put the fish that already salted in the heating box (maximum fish 150) Closed the heating box Turn ON switch Heating time = 8 hours Rotate 360 degree every 2 hours (4 times) After 8 hours, wait until heating box to cold to take out the salted fish Turn OFF switch Take out the salted fish The salted fish is ready to be packed END
