1. Creates an array of integers of at least 10 elements
2. Write a function getInput() that takes a one-dimensional array of integers and its size as arguments and gets the user input into the array.
3. Write a function called mode() that takes a one-dimensional array of integers and its size as arguments and returns the most occurring element in the array.
4. Make sure you call the mode() function and print the value returned by it
5. Do not use any global symbolic constants.

For example:

int nums[] = {4, 5, 9, 12, 9, 22, 45, 7, 9, 30};

then mode() returns 9.
