Write a static method named thirdSmallest that takes an array of int values as an argument (you may safely assume that the array contains at least 3 elements. You may also safely assume that the array is already sorted in descending order (i.e. the largest value in the array is at index 0, and the smallest value in the array is at the highest index). This method should return the third smallest value in the array.

Examples: Given the following array declaration and definition. int[] theArray = {4, 3, 2}; thirdSmallest(theArray) will return 4

Given the following array declaration and definition. int[] theArray = {8, 7, 5, 5, 3, 2}; thirdSmallest(theArray) will return 5

Given the following array declaration and definition. int[] theArray = {7, 7, 2, 2, 2, 1}; thirdSmallest(theArray) will return 2

Given the following array declaration and definition. int[] theArray = {25, 12, 7, 7, 2, 2, 2, 1}; thirdSmallest(theArray) will return 2
