You have to find at least one framework or theory (based on the studies) that you need to use as a foundation for your response. An example of such a framework (ORID Model) is provided below. However, you can select any other framework or theory too. Please note that you can not just assess the team from your own point of view without applying any foundational theory. Using the ORID model, students evaluate their leadership skills based on the teamwork they have during the course. ORID is an acronym for Objective, Reflective, Interpretational and Decisional. Objective This first sets the scene. Provides the context. Establishes the facts and introduces any data sources that are behind the subject. It provides the basis for all parties to get on the same page.
