Format:

Introduction:

Explain why you selected this company and give a brief overview of their business. Clearly state the value proposition offered by the company.

Product/Service:

Include three examples of service product elements that relate to your company. This may include: total service product, supplementary services, core product, facilitating or supporting services.

Place:

Include two examples with descriptions of access, location or delivery.

Promotion:

Explain two ways that the company promotes itself with screen captures as examples.

Price:

Include a price comparison (company vs competitor). Include advertisements or images for each example and explain why you think this price difference exists. Identify which type of pricing strategy they use.

People:

Describe the customers, employees, social interactions and relationships.

Physical Evidence:

Explain the facilities, equipment, uniforms, signage and symbols that are commonly used. Include images when possible.

Process:

Describe the service design, standardization, customization or operational efficiency.

Conclusion:

Explain how the 7P's work together to help communicate with or help satisfy consumers. Explain the connection between the 7P elements and the value proposition.
