Hello,

I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received in your hotel on June 12, 2021. The food was terrible, the waiter offered me a chicken and milk, but I am vegan and I dont eat meat and gluten.

The bed was not even soft and I couldnt sleep all night. I am most annoyed that I couldnt enjoy my vacation.

Your hotel was lowkey terrible.

Please improve your service.
