Write an arduino program for two motors with H$-$bridge$($L$298$N$)$

in this program we use $($Serial$.$printIn$)$ like this:

$1-$press $1$ in the monitor the motors work forward for some time and stop

$2-$press $2$ in the monitor the motors work backward for some time and stop

$3-$press $3$ in the monitor the motors turn right

$4-$press $4$ in the monitor the motors turn left

$5-$press $5$ in the monitor the motors turn right with the increase of speed

$6-$press $6$ in the monitor the motors turn right with the decreasing speed

$7-$press $7$ in the monitor the motors turn left with increasing speed

$8-$ press $8$ in the monitor the motors turn left with decreasing speed

$9-$ press $9$ the motors stop.
