Write an Assembly MIPS program that scans a 32-bit register for 8-bit hidden lowercase characters. This program should print each character to the console. For instance, if register $t0 contains 10101101010, the program would scan bits 0 thru 7 and print j. Next, it would scan bits 1 thru 8 and print nothing. Then, it would scan bits 2 through 9 and print c.

You don't necessarily have to write this in MIPS, you can do it in like Java but please walk me through how to do it. Even pseudocode would help.
