Write an email to Bill to make him understand that PL1 is a time sensitive extract which gets generated during the LifeSys nightly cycle for MetLife. And the nightly cycle is very much dependent on the timing of the STP processing. If STP processing is delayed, the nightly cycle starts late, eventually impacting the SLA of the PL1 extract. We are talking about the Database logs to understand what jobs/process/stored procs were running during the impacted timeline to determine the root cause of this STP processing slowness/delay. As I understood from our DBA - The logs are not captured as they may significantly increase the system's storage and the system could crash. These logs are only captured for a short period of time if we try to monitor something (But this should be a proactive plan)
