Write an implementation of Huffman coding using Python, and document your solution. This documentation should include inline comments, test data (printed out to the console before and after the algorithm is executed as binary code) and a written description of your approach to the problem. Submit your solution as a single Python.py file, including the description as comments, and complexity analysis.
