She is currently residing at a skilled nursing facility. She is here post hospitalization of encounter ofcerebral infarction due to unspecified occurrence. He has diagnosis of MDD and Insomnia. He is currently on Escitalopram 20mg daily and Melatonin 2mg for Insomnia. Asessesment was done in the patient's room. He said he was doing ok and sleeping well. His mood is stable. Plan is to continue current meds
