Current meds Fluoxetine 20mg in the evening Gabapentin 100mg, take 2 capsules PO BID for schizoaffective disorder and generalized anxiety disorder Olanzapine 2.5 daily for schizoaffective disorder HPI: She said she is not doing ok. She said she continued taking the BuSPIRONE THE HOSPITAL PRESCRIBED BUT IT IS NOT helping. She is taking buspirone 10mg TID. She said she has no desire to do anything. She takes 30mins clean her house and she will just lay on her couch. She said when she things of doing something, her heart starts racing if she has to go somewhere alone. She said she only succeeds to go to her IOP classes. She said if she has to go somewhere alone she feels this sudden panic attack.
