to many people and to one person based on a user input of CO$2$e emissions. To

do so:

$1.$ Find how many long emails to many people could be sent with the CO$2$e

emissions

$2.$ Find how many long emails to one person could be sent with the remainder

of the CO$2$e emissions if there is a remainder

$3.$ Find the rest of CO$2$e emissions if there is a remainder. The rest value

should be rounded to $2$ decimal places.
