identify the potential nuances that might accompany a rational decision in the selection of a team; and

weigh the advantage and disadvantages of each potential team member and justify decisions.

Brief Description

This assignment provides an opportunity for students to develop a comprehensive Project Charter based on the following case study. The project charter MUST follow every aspect of the detailed guidelines provided in the Submission Instruction below. Students will also develop a report based on the case study.

Use the information in the business case below to develop a Project Charter. You MUST utilize the Project Charter Details template and Project Charters Deliverables templates below and follow ALL the component parts of the Project Charter Guidelines provided in order to develop a complete, comprehensive Project Charter.

Once the Charter is completed, it should be approved first by your Professor.
