Write C++ program that uses a counter-controlled while loop to allow the user to enter quarterly profit amounts. The loop should repeat 4 times, once for each quarter of the year. Use an accumulator variable to calculate the total profit amount.

To make your program more user-friendly, be sure the user prompt and output description with each quarterly profit amount includes the quarter number. (i.e. "Enter the profit for quarter 1: " and "Quarter 1 Profit: $15487.35")

Output the 4 profit amounts and the total. The input prompts should not print in between the output lines.

Test the program with Quarter 1 = 15487.35, Quarter 2 = 20500.00, Quarter 3 = 18601.33, and Quarter 4 = 21000.95.
