Scenario

A married lesbian couple applied to adopt a baby. They are both educated people with very good jobs. They approach an adoption agency, and the management tells them that they would not be acting in the best interest of the child if they allowed them to adopt. The couple finds this highly offensive and approaches the court. The adoption agency was ordered to attend a compulsory session (their staff) on lesbian and gay marriages and requested you to facilitate this session with the aim of educating the management as well as assist them in a plan of action to be more inclusive in their practice.
