You work at a beach resort as a communications manager. The resort is introducing a new, high-end spa, something it has never offered before. As the communications manager, you will be responsible for writing an email that will be sent to the resort's present guests as well as upcoming visitors who have made reservations for future dates. Inform the visitors about the new spa amenities with this email. In order for the spa to stay afloat, it must do well in business.
