Write EXPERIMENTS for your future in leadership. Designing a successful experiment is more involved than just stating the goal. There are likely barriers and supports that should be mentioned to prepare for these future experiments. State those in detail, for you and the situation. Since it is a future experiment, you will still provide your reasons for designing this experiment and what sub-competency it is connected to and why that competency is important to make progress. Could these future experiments address competencies you did cover in the completed experiments? Again, you should also discuss any anticipated challenges and supports in executing the experiment (who might do or say what and how might you respond). This will allow you to go into more detail and analyze the experiment more. Based on how you think that will go realistically, you can then write about another experiment. This is an important section. Use heading called FUTURE EXPERIMENTS and subheadings Experiment #1, #2, and so on.
