Can be in bullet format (must be more than one page, not necessary to complete two full pages) Points Possible =5 Points Due Date: April 25, 11:59 PM Submit: Submission Portal located in the assignments tab in Canvas and in the Pre-work Module for April 26th Instructions: Prepare a summary of the key things you learned about management from working with your team on the Exercises throughout the semester as well as what managerial interaction lessons you learned from working as a team to compile those exercises into your final team presentation. Provide feedback on the material used in the course. You can use a bullet format. Please address the following six questions: 1. Which topics that were covered in the team exercises were the most interesting and/or most impactful in helping you to better understand management concepts? 2. How would you describe the interactions among you and your team members in reaching consensus on the worksheets you prepared? Were these productive discussions? How did you resolve disagreements? Did everyone routinely participate in the exercises? 3. How do you feel about the team project presentation your team developed? Do you think it was good quality? If not, why not? If yes, why yes? How did your team approach the preparation of the final team project? Was this approach effective? Was it efficient? What would you change about that approach if you were doing it over again to improve the quality of, and/or to reduce the amount of time necessary to complete, your project? 4. Based on your interactions with your teammates, what style of manager do you see yourself becoming in the future, describe?
