write it in diffrent way : The traditional project manger is responsible for making trade off decision between time and scope by eventually taking corrective actions that will resolve deviations from the plan while the scrum master on the other hand is responsible for enacting the scrum values /practices in the organization and being the team leader ,he or she reminds the team of what needs to be done and how thing things needs to be done. Both the traditional project manager and the scrum master are to buffer the project team from external distractions. They also guide that the projects are completed in the organization
